Dear Editor
I have enjoyed reading the piece on Culture or Competence?. We have taken a number of things for granted in our communication. Even within our countries, we have problems with communication and the management of resources and, at times, you are not sure if the people you are interacting with understand the tasks ahead the same way as you do.
The argument of relativity in culture and universalism will always be with us. We only need to find our common ground.

Celebrating African Professionals!
I think the new look is great. As soon as I receive an e-mail alerting me to a new edition of Reconnect Africa, I quickly rush to read as much as I can. I hope the new format will keep the good work going, and even improve on it. Congratulations, Frances and your team.

Dear Editor
I am the publisher of The African Voice Newspaper based in the Republic of Ireland. I really find your site valuable. Reading through some of the articles in your website, I discovered that there are some articles that will be of great value to our readers but who will normally not have access to them. Hence, I am contacting you to seek your permission to have some of these articles published in our Newspaper.

Dear Editor
I loved your editorial!! It was very timely - because that's very much how I'm feeling at the moment and what I'm going through.

Re: 5 Minute Interview - Tutu Agyare
I love your philosophy in life, saying if anybody has a problem about who you are, you shouldn’t think about it but allow them to have the headache. Also, you advised we could become anything we want to be in life, and the only person who can stop you from getting to the top is yourself. Honestly, I love you for what you are – you are an idol and a role model.

Dear Editor
I would like to congratulate you on the professional service you provide through Reconnect Africa. I am a fan! I have found it an excellent tool of information on so many levels, especially on career advice and management; and more so relevant for me, as it is placed within the African context. Keep up the good work!

ReConnect Africa is Just Outstanding!
I am a HR professional based in Madrid, Spain. I have, in the course of my profession and these socio-political and cultural participations, come across several websites and magazines dedicated to a wide range of interesting issues concerning the African community at large. ReConnect Africa is just outstanding! Exceptional. Congratulations. Many thanks and God Bless.

Dear Editor
A unique and much needed website. Reconnect Africa has become THE SOURCE for finding out what is going on in the African recruitment market. It is also a great read, with lots of interesting articles, featuring the movers and shakers from Africa and the Diaspora.

Dear Editor
As the 2nd Anniversary of the establishment of your magazine comes closer, I thought I might share a few thoughts with you. I have found your magazine extremely interesting and thought-provoking - especially the little chats with people working in various fields. The advice sections have also been very useful. I pass the magazine on to other Africans living and working in Australia. Perhaps a dedicated section on music by leading African artistes, including our Caribbean and Latin American cousins is all that needs to be added on to make this an all-round inspiring magazine.

Dear Editor
At some point in everyone's working life, you will need informed, impartial, professional careers advice. Sometimes an introduction or a referral is all it takes to change the course of your life. ReConnect Africa and the team behind this website have consistently proved an invaluable source of information, advice, and networking contacts to African professionals like myself worldwide. I cannot recommend them highly enough! Congratulations on two years of outstanding achievement and professionalism.

Dear Editor
I came to the Reconnect Africa website via another website. Prior to that, I had never heard of it. But since then, it has been an integral part of me. I have been particularly interested in the inspiring articles which I find quite reassuring. I also relish the idea of knowing what others are doing elsewhere and their thoughts regarding some of the issues that come to the fore.
It is a very good website with questions and most importantly, real good answers to some of the most useful and most frequently asked questions. It is definitely worth a look! Indeed, I have found quite relevant and useful contents in there.
Much as I appreciate that content is the key to having many users on the site, I also believe the design of the pages is important and that a great design can support that great content. Perhaps if a double or 1.5 line spacing is used it would make reading quite enjoyable. The African News and Business section, for instance, should be sourced and links provided to the media outlets from which the stories are culled, so that readers could have in-depth reports of the stories they read. Hopefully, these are things that can be worked on in due course.
Despite the aforementioned findings, I still believe the website stands out as a veritable outlet for people like me whose desire is to explore new ideas, reshape things, and join in a global drive to make Africa and its people more productive.
Happy Birthday!
