Job Summary: Responsible for supporting British academics and professionals for Fulbright Scholar Awards.
Job Description: We have an exciting opportunity for a Programme Manager to join a small but highly motivated team and be responsible for supporting British academics and professionals as they apply for a Fulbright Scholar Award to research and/or lecture in the US. The role will involve managing the awards selection process, co-ordinating and presenting at events for grant recipients throughout the year and providing them with support and information for their stay in the US which will include advice on the J1 visa process.
Requirements: Promoting the awards and managing the relationships with our partners is key and you will be able to demonstrate the capability to develop good working relationships with stakeholders. As part of a small team, you will work closely with other members of the team but equally be able to work on your own initiative without close supervision. An acute attention to detail will be needed as you maintain records on our award sponsors and scholars as well as generate programme reports.
