Job Title: Head of Learning and Organisational Development

Job Summary: Establish and develop a best practice Learning and Organisational Development function.
Job Description: As Head of Learning and Organisational Development, the successful candidate will establish and develop a best practice Learning and Organisational Development function. This will include leading on the design and implementation of a learning and development strategy, commissioning and/or delivering internal learning events, carrying out learning needs and skills assessments, developing competency frameworks, embedding performance management and introducing management and leadership development interventions and programmes. The post holder will work in collaboration with colleagues across the Secretariat.
Requirements: To be considered you will need to have a first degree in any subject and a post-graduate qualification in human resources management, learning and development, organisational development, organisational psychology or other disciplines relevant to the post. In line with practice at similar international organisations, you will also have at least ten years’ progressively senior experience in human resources, organisational development or learning and development roles.
