Job Title: HR Officer, Business Partnering

Job Summary: We have an outstanding opportunity for an HR Officer in our Human Resources and Facilities Management Division.
Job Description: The HR Officer will work as part of the HR Business Partnering Team and reports to a HR Business Partner. The HR Officer will provide effective support in all aspects of HR Business Partnering including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, on-boarding and change management.
Requirements: The HR Officer must possess knowledge and experience in using and administering HR information systems and be able to effectively manage the HR administration relating to HR Business Partnering. The successful candidate must also possess prior HR advisory experience, knowledge and application of HR policies and procedures and evidence of applying employment law and best practice to employee relations’ cases. To be considered for this post, you will need to have a degree in human resources management or in a related field. Membership of an HR professional body at an associate level will be advantageous.
