ImageFor the 3rd year running, the much anticipated Emerging Markets HR Summit will be held in London, on 1-4 April 2014.

 

The Summit is aimed at global HR leaders from mature, as well as emerging economies. It will focus on the new trends in emerging markets, human resources, unconventional ways of managing a diverse workforce, and recent developments in the continually evolving role of a global HR.

Delegates will hear about game-changing HR initiatives and the global economy, changing talent and cross-cultural management needs, how to enhance employee experience and global mobility, and much more. Format

In addition to two full days of conference, the Summit will include two full day Masterclasses: Innovative Talent Strategy for Growth on April 1st with Gyan Nagpal, CEO & Principal, PeopleLENS Global Associates, Singapore and Creating Smart Social Recruiting Strategies on  4 April 2014 with Alan Whitford, Managing Partner, Abtech Partnership which offers advice and insights into how social media is changing the way companies recruit, both now and for the future.

The Summit will include a spotlight on Africa’s top performing economies and look at the issue of tackling one of the most pressing issues of sourcing talent for Africa.
