Image

Theme: “Employee Engagement & Leadership”

The role of HR in Africa today and the near future has never been so crucial. With the continent now an emerging market, African’s human capital, more than ever before, needs to be abreast of modern methods and applications if organizations are to increase profits, performance or gain competitive advantage.

As the continent continues to attract both foreign and indigenous talent from the Diaspora, HR in Africa must step up correspondingly to take maximum advantage of only the best skills by engaging effectively with all employees for the benefit of their organizations.

The 3rd Annual HR Conference has therefore been organized by OML Africa specifically for HR professionals and people in management, operating in the private, not-for-profit and public sector in Africa. This event brings together under one roof CEO, SMT, people managers, HR leaders and experts.
